It’s been several months since I posted a video about what we eat in a day, and boy have things changed quite a bit since. The health process for me has been an all-encompassing one but nutrition has been first and foremost. I didn’t do anything drastic which I believe is why I’ve been able to maintain my eating…its just how I eat now and as a result its had a downstream impact of healthier meals for the kids too which is great! Johannes now asks me if I packed him a healthy snack for school! Of course he likes his Doritos just as much, but he’s also aware that fruits and veggies are important too.
