I wasn’t quick enough with the Halloween photos pre-Halloween this year, so you all will just have to settle for them one day late!  Sorry.

Even though we didn’t go trick or treating we had a great day.  Johannes had a fab party at school, complete with fruit, cheesies, jello and pizza for lunch.  Then since it was too rainy to do their school costume parade outside in the yard, each class took turns visiting the other classes.  I can only imagine how much cuteness surrounded those teachers.  I only saw a handful of kiddos and they were ridiculously adorable.

As for me…well it was all work and almost no play…almost.  I did manage to savor a coffee with a lovely friend.

Fingers crossed that by next year J will be able to say “trick-or-treat” so I can totally indulge in all those “not you worthy” candies my dad used to love eating when my brother and I went to sleep.
