Since I started working out and eating better back in February I realized that I was much more likely to get my workout in if I put on workout clothes instead of jeans first thing in the morning. It acts as a little reminder for me throughout the day that if ever there’s a free 30min I should pull out my app and get to work. Granted I am lucky enough to work from home and this is possible, last year this wasn’t the case as athleisure would have been frowned upon in my corporate office…but with my work being what it is right now, this works for me.
I put together a list of a handful of the clothes, and items that make my workouts easier and make me feel cute at the same time. My running jacket, running stroller and shoes are key to be honest.
